Help me, I can't stop. | SPG 'not' 31 days of Smoothies
It's February. It's not January. So it's way past the '31 Days of Smoothies' feature. But lo and behold, here it is. Another smoothie. Because when you do a 31-Day feature of 31 different smoothie recipes, your brain starts to concoct mixes. It's just what the brain does.
Or...my brain.
Also, this came out of a weird craving and the first thing I thought was "I want a Strawberry Walnut Smoothie".
So that's what I made.
Enjoy.
Strawberry Walnut Smoothie:

1 cup milk of choice
1/2 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1 tablespoon Greek style yogurt
1 tablespoon walnuts
1 tablespoon hemp hearts OR 1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 pitted Medjool date OR 2 Deglet dates
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tiny pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
Make It:
Into the blender all the ingredients go.
Blend until smoother than a Valentine's Day pickup line.
