Roasted Peaches 'n' Cream Smoothie

Don't stress. Eat a peach (smoothie). | SPG Recipe Collection


Thank goodness I started writing features on how to use roasted peaches. I forgot how good this thing was. Let's get down to business; for we are all truly busy people.


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened almond)

  • 1 tablespoon plain Greek-style yogurt

  • 1 tablespoon oats

  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds or chia seeds (if you have them. If not, leave 'em out. Buy them if you're hemp/chia seed curious)

  • 1-2 Medjool dates (or 2-4 Deglet dates)

  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but recommended)

  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • Tiny pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup frozen roasted peach puree


Make the thing:

  • Blend in a blender until smooth.

  • Congratulate yourself and your smoothie skills. Call some friends. This thing is SERIOUS.


Don't forget to drink it. Please.
