A bright light for the longest January EVER. | SPG 31 Days of Smoothies
A friend recently said something clever, like "It's been a really long year this month."
And they're not wrong.
They're not wrong.
But this smoothie *may* help. It's bright. It's refreshing. It's got March 20th vibes.
(March 20th is the 1st day of Spring, but who's counting? *Julia raises hand in the back of the classroom*).
Of Note: Yep! Kept it simple again to let the fruit-forward flavors shine, but of course, as always, please feel free to add your preferred smoothie-approved protein of choice (I would go with 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts), or all of the things. You're a smoothie master now. Get in on it and get your sash.

Strawberry Lemonade Smoothie:
1 cup sparkling, plain, or coconut water (add up to 1/2 cup more if too thick)
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed lemon juice
1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries
1-2 pitted Medjool or 2-4 Deglet dates (if a lemon pucker isn't your thing)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint (optional, but lovely)
That's it!
Make It:
Blend all of it in a blender until smooth.
Sip on the sunshine vibes.
