I literally had to look back at some notes to ask myself: "wait, WHAT did I call this?"
And this is exactly what I called it. Because it for sure is in-your-face.
But not in a bad way; more like an "I've arrived and I am DELICIOUS!" sort of way. You would have to agree, because you have no other option.
And not kidding, as I write this entry, I am drinking it. It is that good.
The pictures won't do it proper justice, but the deep ruby-red to garnet color. Oh, boy are you in for a treat!
Of Note: Like the pineapple basil smoothie, I went simple here, so there's no added protein powder, dates, nut or seed butters...you get the idea. If you would like more protein in this smoothie, I highly recommend 1-2 tablespoons of chia seeds. They would be fantastic in this little red gift.
Pineapple Mango Berry In-Your-Face Smoothie

1 cup plain or sparkling water (add up to an extra 1/2 cup if smoothie is too thick)
1/2 cup frozen mixed berries
1/4 cup frozen pineapple chunks
1/4 cup frozen mango chunks
1/4 cup fresh or frozen spinach (OPTIONAL)
Legit, that's it.
Make It:
Blend all the things until smooth.
Drink it.
