First things first: I'M KNOWN FOR PIEROGIES. What started out as a way to connect with my Polish heritage and carry on tradition ended up being a 15+ year journey into teaching others how to do the same.
Next things next: PROVISIONS AND POSSIBILITIES! Pierogies are not the only tricks in my bag. My love of all things culinary has allowed me to teach a wide variety of classes, from healthy cooking to basic cooking to seasonal cooking; fun, interactive workshops, community events, and team building events alike.
