It's Spring. Spring produce season is here. Brunch season is here. It is time.
Celebrate the best of both seasons with a few new recipes and a few new friends!
Start off the class with a freshly-made scone and a "mock-mosa" while we learn to make:
-Stovetop frittata with asparagus, shallots, mushrooms, and goat cheese;
-Eggless brioche French toast cutouts with Greek-style yogurt, honey, and mixed berry compote;
-'Spring Bounty' salad with 2 homemade dressings: creamy herb and citrus vinaigrette;
