Q: How do you stuff a cabbage??
A: One leaf at a time.
SPG LLC is proud to present, by community request, a crash-course in stuffed cabbage! You may have heard them called "Ga-wump-kee" or "Ha-lup-kee", but basically, it's a leaf of cabbage stuffed with meat or vegetables, rolled into a little parcel, and baked.
In this hands-on class, you will not only learn how to stuff your own cabbage, but other SPG takes on Polish comfort foods:
-Main Dish: Stuffed Cabbage, 2 ways: Beef, and Turkey (with a recipe for vegetable, too!)
-Main Dish: Chicken Paprikash, SPG Style
